We can solve touch screen problem in nokia c5-03 by changing touch panel easily.We do jumpers if touch screen connector points are damage or brake, First try to change touch if touch is correct then it is touch ic problem or touch point damage due to water damage.Here i attach a diagram to solve touch screen problem in nokia c5-03, observe diagram carefully and do jumpers like diagram below.If touch panel jeck damage then do not jumpers only change touch panel.

Some time touch problem occur due to ic problem, to solve this problem just apply heat with heat gun or replace touch ic simply.Here is another diagram for ic problem in nokia c5-03, change the marked ic in diagram below.
