Powe off smartphone symphony explorer w68. Press and hold Volume Up + and Power buttons together. After android logo appear release the buttons press power button shortly once. With volume down key to select wip data/factory reset option from android recovery menu and press power button to confirm selection. Select delete yess delete all data option and press power to confirm selection. Reboot smartphone to complete the process.
