This method can also be used with similar mobile phones. So take backup of important data on pc like contacts and messages etc. Backup of data is necessary because this method will remove all data on mobile phone.  To reset mobile first switch off mobile Press and hold three buttons, Volume Up, Home and Power button together When Android logo appear on screen release all buttons Select wipe data/ factory reset option with volume down key and use power key to make selection.
