After many attempts mobile ask google account to reset pattern lock but he has not set google account yet. I tried to reset pattern via android pattern unlock software but i am not success to remove this. Then i reset pattern via key combination and i want to share this trick as mentioned below. Power off mobile  Press and hold Volume Up and Power on button together  Release power button only after 5 seconds When android logo appear release volume up button also and press power button one time With volume down key select wipe data/ factory reset  Press volume up to enter command When format complete press volume up to reboot mobile Note: Please take backup of important data before do that.
